Tom Claerhout
Originally from Belgium, I moved to Berlin 15 years ago. Initially, I worked as a private banker looking after the Berliner Sparkasse's wealthy clients and financing real estate deals throughout the capital. Subsequently, I was part of the sales team for the Am Tacheles development in Berlin-Mitte and, for the last 4 years, of the PRIMUS Immobilien sales team, whose residential developments are mainly located in the City-West. I have a master's degree in economic history from the London School of Economics and a master's degree in economics from the University of Ghent, my hometown. I am also a certified specialist consultant in financial services and a certified financial consultant.
